4 types of Arabic Salads with the secret of restaurants flavors
*Ingredients
1- Olive Salad
green olives chopped to slices + cucumbers smoothly copped + carrots smoothly chopped + 6 tbsps of Ketchup + 6 tbsps of pomegranate molasses + 1/4 tsp of hot sauce + 2 tbsps Apple vinegar + salt + 1 tsp of latency + 1 tsp of Paprika ( red ground pepper ) + 4 tbsps olives oil.
2- An apple salad
An apple chopped into a small triangles + an peeled and chopped oranges + grated carrots + mayonnaise + 2 tbsps an orange powder + 1/2 tsp salt + 2 tbsps lemon juice.
3- Red cabbage salad
Red cabbage ( red wrapped) copped into smooth slices + 3 tbsps red thyme + 4 tbsps white vinegar + 4 tbsps olives oil + salt.
4- Hummus blended with tahini (mashed chickpeas)
A canned hummus washed and strained from water + 4 tbsps lemon juice + 1/4 cup olives oil + 1/4 cup water + 3 tbsps yogurt + 2 copped garlic cloves + 1 tsp salt + 1/2 white pepper + 1 tsp latency + 1/2 citric acid ( lemon salt ) all should be blended by a blender until to take a creamy smooth touch + then add 1/2 cup of ground sesame (tahini).
