Satti Sooru or Clay Pot Rice Indian Style is very famous in Malaysia and Singapore.
Meat cooked with spice and masala in Clay Pot with full aroma! Insanely delicious!
This is my own recipe hope you all like it.

Ingredients
Clay Pot
1 kg chicken ( skinless ) wash with tumeric powder
6 cup cooked rice
Blend
8 clove garlic
2 inch ginger
1 medium size onion ( 47gm )
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Pinch of saffron
1 tbsp milk
4 tbsp meat curry powder
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
1 1/2 fennel seeds
2 inch cinnamon sticks
3 clove
2 star anise
4 cardamom pods
1 bay leaves
15 shallots
Curry leafs
Coriander leafs
Ghee
Banana leaf
Salt

1 kg ayam (tanpa kulit) dengan serbuk kunyit
6 cawan nasi yang dimasak
Kisar
8 ulas bawang putih
2 inci Halia
1 biji bawang besar (47gm)
1/4 cawan air
3 sudu besar yogurt
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
1/2 sudu kecil garam masala
Secubit safron
1 sudu besar susu
4 sudu besar serbuk kari daging
1 1/2 sudu besar serbuk cili
3 sudu besar minyak sayuran atau minyak kelapa
1 1/2 jintan manis
2 inci kayu manis
3 bunga cengkih
2 bunga lawang
4 biji buah pelaga
1 daun salam
15 biji bawang merah kecil
