[Scooby Doo Mystery] Ha-Ha Carnival Victory (Sega Genesis / Megadrive)

This is the victory theme after the Ha-Ha Carnival mystery. It's the most triumphant of the two victory songs in my opinion. Scooby Doo Mystery has you play as Shaggy and Scooby collecting items and solving puzzles to catch costumed criminals in a LucasArts-esque adventure game world. Scooby Doo Mystery was also on Super Nintendo, but that version was completely different. From Scooby Doo Mystery by Sunsoft and Acclaim. Sega Genesis version.
