When Elena calls her ex Dean back to town to help her deal with some hallucinations she's been suffering from, including one of the grim reaper himself, the brothers soon realize that a form of yellow fever has infected her. When she passes away, the brothers rage in a moment of grief... that is, until she comes back to life...and a whole new set of problems are set in front of them; including Elena's unquenchable thirst for blood.
