Craving for a Burger? Craving for Crispy Aaloo Tikki?

Ingredients:
Leftover mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes - 1.5 cup
Salt to taste
Chat Masala - 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Jeera Powder- 1 tsp
Ground Poha Powder- 6 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Burger Buns- 4
Onion & tomato slices
Cheese Single- 1
Method:
In a plate, add leftover mashed potatoes, chaat masala ,garam masala, jeera powder, poha powder, salt to taste and mix them well. For a soft dough. Then greese your hands with oil to make Tikkis. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Make 4 round Tikkis. Heat a pan/ kadhai and add oil to it. Now gently place the Tikkis into the pan. Put the gas on medium flame. Cook the Tikkis till they are golden brown from bottom. Flip over and cook the other side. Take out the Tikkis on a plate once they are golden brown from both the sides. Now, take the burger buns and cut them horizontally from the centre. Slightly heat them in the same pan.
On a plate, place the half cut burger buns. Apply mixture of tomato ketchup & mayonnaise on inner side of the buns. Put some onion rings and sliced tomatoes on bottom bun. Sprinkle chat masala. Place the hot Tikki on it and a cheese single. Close the burger with top bun and serve immediately.
