التفاؤل هو أحد أشكال التفكير الإيجابي الذي يتضمّن الإيمان أو الاعتقاد بأنّ الإنسان هو المسؤول عن سعادته وأنّ الأشياء الجيدة ستسمر بالظهور في الحياة بشكلٍ أكبر من الأشياء السيئة، كما يعتقد الأشخاص المتفائلون بأنّ الأشياء السيئة أو الأحداث السلبية تحدث بشكلٍ نادرٍ وأنّ المُسبب خارجًا عن إرادتهم وقد يرجع لشيءٍ خارجي، ويعود هذا السلوك بالعديد من الفوائد على صحة الإنسان، تفكيره و سلوكياته لذلك لا بُد من البحث حول كيف اصبح متفائلًا والوسائل أو النصائح التي تُعزز هذا الشعور وتنميه وتدعمه. كيف اصبح متفائلا؟ 1- قرر ان تكون متفائلا 2- تجنب مصاصي الطاقة الايجابية -الحد من الاطلاع على الاخبار و وسائل الاعلام المتشائمة 4- لا تخاطب نفسك بكلمات سلبية 5- تخيل مستقبل ايجابي #قناة_ايجابية_تحفيزية_وهادفة#مفيد_تيوب Optimism is a form of positive thinking that includes the belief that a person is responsible for his happiness and that good things will continue to appear in his life more than bad things.
