Plastic injection molding babyplast

Here's a video of the polypropylene plastic injection molding process we did to make tensile- and impact-test samples. The mold is custom made for my group project but will be used by others after us. It uses its own cooling circuit for us to control mold temperature. The sprue keeps breaking off inside the mold due to a design flaw in the mold, but can be fixed. The color of the plastic was changed between some of the clips in this video, thats why you see a light-blue / cyan colored sample in one of the videoclips. Sorry about the noise, the babyplast uses an industrial cooling unit to control temperatures of hydraulic oil etc.
