My trick to weaning myself off bad food has always been to not deny your cravings and to eat that which you love until you no longer feel compelled to. This is how I did it for dried mangos and ice cream cakes. And today how I would do it for chef boyardee. With three pre-made and preserved cans of pasta! Normally I would warm up my serving before consuming it with a side of cheesy toast but today Evan, Mady, and I would be going bare back, and simply opening the giant can the digging in. The goal to eat all we can, and hopefully finish it all!
