團團圓圓(湯圓糖水):
材料:
湯圓一盒
薑
片糖一塊
烹調:
1. 1個人1飯碗水,放水落煲。
2. 片糖洗淨,放入煲內,大火煲滾水。
3. 薑,刮去皮,拍鬆。
4. 糖水已煲滾,放薑入煲,轉慢火,煲10分鐘,煲出薑味。
5. 另一邊,煲滾1升水,放入湯圓,滾起後,轉中慢火。
6. 糖水已煲了10分鐘,放入碗。
7. 湯圓已滾至浮起,放入碗,完成。
Glutinous rice balls sweet soup:
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice balls 1 box
Slab sugar 1 No.
Steps:
1. One person to 1 bowl of sweet soup. Add water into pot.
2. Rinse slab sugar, put into pot, boil up water at high flame.
3. Ginger, peel and beat well.
4. Sweet soup has been boiled up. Put ginger into pot. Turn to low flame, boil for 10 minutes to release scent of ginger.
5. On the other side, boil 1L of water, put glutinous rice balls. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up.
6. Sweet soup has been boiled for 10 minutes, pour it into a big bowl.
7. Glutinous rice balls have been flown up, put into the bowl. Serve.
