Christmas is coming so I guess we need to do a few seasonal projects. I did make a mistake with this one and left the antenna inside when I sealed it up so the range is very restricted. I may cut it open again and feed the antenna through the top. Main components - Large plastic Christmas bauble Transmitter & Receiver from a Cheap RC toy car Gearbox from 2 Cheap RC toy cars Battery pack from small LED torch holding 3 AAA batteries Main Tools - Hot Glue Gun Small saw Soldering iron Filmed using FujiFilm FinePix S4800 Edited using Serif MoviePlus Starter Edition I will add this new video to my Festive playlist /playlist/PLA5a2xPRSrB3_zeXjoLQ4_wxWzpx_iXqs and my Radio Control playlist /playlist/PLA5a2xPRSrB3_zeXjoLQ4_wxWzpx_iXqs I have thousands of videos on YouTube covering a wide range of subjects. To find them follow my search guides /watch/wgcHOoOSBecSH or /watch/kRYwkwgU4jZUw or see my playlists page /user/GrandadIsAnOldMan/playlists?flow=grid&view=1 Generally my projects are for my grandchildren to enjoy. OK, I enjoy them too. If anybody else likes them, that is a bonus. I like to keep my work as simple and basic as possible so that it can be copied easily and improved by anybody who wants to try themselves. I recycle or repurpose items rather than buy new and when I do buy I like to keep it cheap. /user/GrandadIsAnOldMan
