@AngieThier4 years ago That was totally me...until I took a human nutrition course, flunked a test and met one on one with the professor. She went on and on about how much better people's health would be if they ate a salad a day. I was thinking, "No way. I don't eat fruit and veggies." But I forced myself to start eating them, starting with the bagged ones and I would completely coat the salad in ranch. It's taken me 20 years to learn to like something besides ranch! But the good news is, I actually crave salads now. You can, too. But you can pass on the kale...baby steps. ...
