Hi babes! I'm bringing you an at home full body workout today! This workout was a lot harder than I thought and minimal equipment is needed. I'm not sure how long we will be on lockdown but I'm going to do what I can to stay active and healthy. I hope you guys enjoy this workout! Be sure to let me know what you want to see next! - 3 sets of each circuit! 💗CIRCUIT 1💗 🤍Half Burpees - 20 reps 🤍Banded Goblet Squats - 20 reps 🤍Banded RDLs - 20 reps 🤍SL Reverse Lunges - 20 reps 💗CIRCUIT 2💗 🤍Commandos - 10 reps each direction 🤍Bicep Curls - 20 reps (shown with commandos) 🤍Single Arm Rows - 10 reps each arm 🤍Lateral Raises - 20 reps 💗CIRCUIT 3💗 🤍Roll Ups - 20 reps 🤍Flutter Kicks - 20 reps each leg (shown w/ roll ups) 🤍Sit Ups - 20 reps 🤍Russian Twists - 20 reps each direction * DISCLAIMER: I’m all for staying active during quarantine but please don’t feel obligated or guilty if training or nutrition isn’t your main priority!
