I WOKE UP AT 5AM FOR A WEEK

We're surrounded by a world telling us that we need to be getting up at 5am, that we need to become productivity gurus and seize the day. Since childhood I've always loved sleep and battled with the snooze button, I regularly hit this several times before waking, leaving myself only 15 minutes to eat, shower, shave, and change before heading to the hospital. Inspired by YouTube, I decided to get up at 5am every day for a week. After the first day I realised how aimlessly I was doing this challenge, so each day I posted an Instagram story saying 'What Should I Do Tomorrow At 5am?', and in the morning I would attempt the best suggestions. We started tame, got more interesting and extreme and we ended up going to McDonalds at 6am, ordering a footlong sub and pretending I was at subway. I also made the mistake of choosing to do this at a time when the clocks were going backwards, so my final 5am start was actually 4am. This is a slightly different video, but one that I loved making. What challenge should I do next? Cold shower/ice baths for a week? A strange diet? Hit me up in the suggestions and I'll choose the best!
