First coined by Pi Datametrics, ‘Cannibalisation’ is a term we use to describe a major duplicate content issue affecting the visibility and revenue of any brand with an online presence. All it takes is for two webpages to share similar content, and value can be lost forever. And, yes, every brand will have suffered at one point! I’ve studied duplicate content in all its forms and varieties, and showcased my findings at events across the UK. In my second 'SEO in the Shed' video, I give some of my top tips for diagnosing and curing duplicate content. Watch my next video (link below), where I’ll be showing you how to prevent it from occurring in the first place! Like this content? Like & Subscribe!
