Season the chicken with salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp paprika for 30 minutes. 2. Turn on instant pot, select saute and once it displays hot add olive oil, Add chicken to it and sauté for 3-4 minutes. 3. Add in chopped onions, deglaze the pot with broth or water. Add all the seasonings, sun dried tomatoes, and sauté well. Add pasta, water or broth and milk. 4. Cancel sauté and close the lid. Select pressure cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.   5. Quick Release after the instant pot beeps. 6. Once all the pressure is released Open the lid, stir in cream cheese. Stir it until well combined. Add in baby spinach and Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. 7. Mix the pasta until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts and pasta is covered in sauce. Serve immediately, garnish with more Parmesan cheese, if desired. Stove top Recipe 1. Heat a large skillet, add olive oil, add marinated chicken and. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, add onion, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, saute for 30 seconds until fragrant. 2. Add pasta, milk and chicken broth. Give it a quick stir to make sure all the pasta is covered by the liquid. Bring the broth a boil then reduce the heat to medium. 3. Cover the pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done. 4. While the pasta is still hot add the parmesan cheese, spinach, and cream cheese. Mix the pasta until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts. 5. Mix until all the pasta is covered in sauce.
