Its called sorse baata mach in bengali. Its made with mustard and poppy seeds paste. A traditional way of making fish curry recipe. There is a few things, you have to do while making. Do not keep the mustard paste for longer. It tends to bitter taste. You can also soak the mustard and grind it. Try to use yellow mustard seeds. The proportion of the poppy seeds need to half of the mustard seeds. Fry the fish until it get crispy. Other ways it will split in the curry. You can serve the fish curry with steamed white rice. Follow the same procedure and let me know how you turned out.
