3 Stick Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
4 Green Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
6 Long(Clove)
1 1/2 inch Adrak (Ginger)
10 Kashmiri Red chilly whole
1/2 cup water
3 to 4 Tbl sp oil
1 Badi Elaichi (Cardamom)
3 Green Elaichi (Green cardamom)
3 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
1 1/2 Tbl sp Jeera (Cumin seed)
2 Medium size onion finely chopped
1/4 cup water
2 Medium size Tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup Capsicum Medium chopped
2 Tbl sp Kasuri Methi(Fenugreek leaves)
1 Tbl sp salt
3/4 Tsp Punjabi Garak Masala
1 1/2 Basmati Rise (250 to 300 gram)
2 1/2 cup water
1 Tsp Chini(Sugar)
2 Tsp limbu ka Ras(Lemon juice)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Green coriander leaves finely chopped
