Pulao is always a wonderful dish for the kids as well as elders, it is always considered as non-spicy. And now I am making a wonderful pulao which infused with Pudhina flavor which gives you the excellent aroma and freshens your tastebuds, so you should try this.
Ingredients
Cumin Seed/சீரகம் - 1 Spoon
Cinnamon / பட்டை - 1
Clove / லவங்கம் - 2
Cardamom / ஏலக்காய் - 2
Green Chilli / பச்சை மிளகாய் - 5
Mint Leaves / புதினா - 1 Bunch
Coriander Leaves (As Required)/ கொத்தமல்லி (தேவைக்கேற்ப)
Oil / எண்ணெய் - 3 Tbsp
Onion / வெங்காயம்- 2 (Sliced)
Garlic / பூண்டு - 6 To 7
Curd / தயிர் - 1 Spoon
Coconut / தேங்காய் - 1 Piece
Milk / பால் - 1 Cup
Water / தண்ணீர் - 4 Cup
Salt To Taste / உப்பு (தேவைக்கேற்ப)
Basmati Rice / பாஸ்மதி அரிசி - 2 Cups
Roasted Cashew Nuts / வறுத்த முந்திரி
