How dirty is this Dell Inspiron pc Let's clean this computer tech technology shorts

Today I'm going to clean an old dusty Dell desktop that's had a good run but is being replaced by a new computer. But before I know what to sell my customer, I need to know how they use their current computer so I can make sure to give them the tech that fits them best! There's no point selling someone a new pc loaded with expensive technology so they can do the most basic tasks like web browsing and email. My incentive is to save them money and have a happy customer that comes back when they need something. It's what sets small repair shops like mine apart from the big box stores. But before this can go on my bench, this PC needs a deep cleaning out back.
