2 Minute Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookies & Nutella Cookie Recipe The best part of this recipe is that it can be made in the microwave within 2 minutes. They are super versatile. You can use any toppings you like instead of chocolate chips and nutella. But there are few things you need to be careful about when making them: 1. Don't over microwave them. While I was experimenting in my attempts of turning them more brown from the top, they would end up burning from the inside. The color on the top remains the same so you don't find out that the cookie is burnt till you take a bit or break it. 2. Don't over fill the nutella cookies. Since that will cause it to break apart and flood the filling out. 3. Let them rest on a wire rack after taking them out of the microwave. The recipe yields slightly soft cookies. So if you want to have them a little crispy you still need to let them cool completely and then microwave for 30-40 seconds and then cool again before having. The reason for this again is because the cookies burn from within due to super fast cooking time of the microwave.
