Japanese Wagyu is quite expensive but that doesn't mean you have to stress about how to cook it at home. The truth is there is so much flavour in the meat that it really doesnt need much work. Even an amateur (like the guy who filmed this video) can comfortably cook it on the bbq. Osawa Enterprises www.wagyubeefaustralia.com.au is one of very few Australian Butchers specialising in all things Wagyu... and yes that includes a huge selection of rare Japanese Wagyu Beef.
