Hey foodies sharing with you ragi manni/ ragi halbai recipe.... ragi was a staple food in our traditional diet...later it was replaced by many other grains...ragi has many health benefits over any other grains... ragi is iron-rich, its good for those who suffer from anemia problem....ragi is good for weight loss and diabetics, it maintains blood sugar level.... study says ragi has much more calcium than milk....coming to this manni recipe...follow proper measurements as shown in the video.... u know u can make this sweet or without sweet in both version as per ur choice... tastes so good, good for health... its better to include ragi in our daily diet,.......
