quick video regarding the early gen model with the chinese sourced engines, machine was produced in 2006 and this is when we started to see the first lawn mowers with chinese sourced engines in the usa. the problems with these first gen. engines is cub cadet did not have any parts inventory for them in the usa, if a part failed, you had to install a whole new engine, according to a friend who worked at a mtd dealer at the time of these machines being introduced to usa consumers in 2006/07. if you see one of these machines steer clear of them, i do not recommend purchasing them. #cubcadet #cubcadetcc500 #cubcadetlawnmower
