Lao/Asian food isn't all that's cooking at home. I shared the LASAGNA ROLL UPS to my IG Stories over Holiday and received tons of recipe requests for it so here it is! Since we're spending more time in the kitchen due to social distancing, this is the perfect dish to make for days. XOXO Christina FACEBOOK: facebook.com/houseofxtia INSTAGRAM: instagram.com/houseofxtia INGREDIENTS FOR MEAT SAUCE 1 pound ground beef 1/2 yellow onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 jar of your favorite red pasta sauce 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional) INGREDIENTS FOR RICOTTA MIXTURE 1-14oz container ricotta cheese 3 tablespoons greek yogurt/sour cream 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 cup parmesan OTHER INGREDIENTS 12 lasagna noodles (I cook a couple extra just in case they break) 1 tablespoon salt for boiling water 1 & 1/2 cups grated cheese (I used a cheddar/mozzarella blend) 1/4 cup parmesan cheese for the topping 1 tablespoon parsley for garnish NOTES This lasagna makes 12 rolls and fits a 9x14 or 8x13 casserole dish. Meat & ricotta mixture can be made up to 2 days ahead, keep refrigerated.
