Manga pachadi and Uppu pisiri manga
I am back with two more specialities from Tamil Nadu, the state my parents hail from. I was born and raised in Delhi.

Manga pachadi is like a chutney, very flavourful and the consistency can be customised.
The uppu pisiri manga is an instant mango pickle .
