13.7.20 Manga pachadi and Uppu pisiri manga I am back with two more specialities from Tamil Nadu, the state my parents hail from. I was born and raised in Delhi. Do watch the video. The spoken language is Hindi but all the subtitles have been typed by me in English. There are two dishes , both side dishes created using raw mangoes.Semi ripe also turn out fine. Manga pachadi is like a chutney, very flavourful and the consistency can be customised. The uppu pisiri manga is an instant mango pickle .
