So here is a THANDAI SYRUP Recipe that takes no time and can be prepared in advance to make THANDAI anytime. You can use this syrup to prepare other desserts and drinks too!!!! so as the name is, this drinks cools you off with its spieces & dried fruits.

*THANDAI SYRUP
Ingredients.....

4 tbsp - Almonds
2 tbsp - Cashew
2 tbsp - Pistachio
1tbsp - Rasins
2 tbsp - Melon Seeds
2 tbsp - Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp - Pepper Corns
2 tbsp - Saunf/Fennel Seeds
12 to 13 - Cardamom Pods
2 tbsp - Poppy Seeds/Khus Khus
2 to 3 Sticks - Javitri
2 tbsp - Mishri/Unprocessed Rock Sugar
2 tbsp - Gulkand
2 Cups (450 gm) - Sugar
1.5 Cup - Water
*For Instant Thandai
