When we reviewed Sony's new Xperia 10 smartphone, we liked it a lot, but a handful of flaws make it a difficult recommendation over the Moto G7 Plus. However, these issues are pretty much blown away by the Sony Xperia 10 Plus - it's not just bigger, it's definitely better. And one of the best mid-range mobiles you can buy in 2019. This Plus model boasts a very similar design and setup to the standard Sony smartphone, with that original 21:9 elongated finish. The FHD+ screen has upgraded in size to 6.5-inches, while the specs have also grown. Performance is boosted necessarily with the fresher Snapdragon 636 chipset, so everyday running is speedier - although you'll still need to play PubG Mobile on low detail levels for a smooth frame rate. The Xperia 10 Plus also boasts more impressive camera tech, with a telephoto lens on board for 2x optical zoom. @pacscorner5 years ago So the main question that no one ever says anything about this phone is. Does it have manual camera settings? Because that is actually a game changer id="hidden9" if it does. Forget how beautiful one picture is compared to another- it' s all software tuned. Software like photoshop express or third party video editing apps you can use for personal grading preference. Sony makes all the sensors for most smart phones, so if you have the sony camera sensor on aphone, shouldn' t you have the best quality non-graded images/videos from this phone? I' ve been really interested to buy this phone for a couple weeks now but cannot find an answer to that question. ...Expand

@mikldude93765 years ago Not a fan of the ridiculous super narrow super tall trend, yes it is wide in landscape, but you lose ceiling, the image is actually smaller in height id="hidden11", how is that a good thing?
if you have fairly large hands, the keyboard width is going to suck.

i had the same touchscreen issues like tens of thousands of all my last 3 sony phones had touchscreen issues! I think maybe it' s time to move on to another manufacturer.
