2 Cups Besan
1/2 Tbs Salt
Water (enough to make batter)
1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Eno Fruit Salt (of any flavor)
**for vada stuffing**
2 Tbs Oil
1 Tbs Mustard Seeds
4-5 Chopped Green Chillies
8-10 Curry Leaves
1/2 Tbs Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Asafetida (hing)
4 Medium Sized Potatoes (boiled)
2 Tbs Fresh Coriander Leaves
1/2 Tbs Lemon Juice
**everything else**
Oil (enough to fry vada)
Pav
Vada (prepared earlier)
