Hello Guyss!! Today I am going to make very popular maharashtrian recipe which is made using the chickpea or besan flour. It is one of those quick dishes to be prepared if you run out of vegetables at home. It needs only a few ingredients and gets ready in no time. A traditional dish that is spicy and is enjoyed by many. Presenting to you very popular maharashtrian recipe Zunka Bhakri.Serve zunka for lunch or dinner and it can be packed for lunch as well.Tradtional zunka is served with bhakri. Ingredients: For Zunka: Besan - 1 cup (बेसन) Oil -2 tbsp (तेल) Mustard seeds -1 tsp (राई) Cumin seeds - 1tsp (जीरा) Asafetida - a pinch (हींग) Garlic - 4/5cloves (लसून) Onion - 1 big chopped (प्याज ) Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp (लाल मिरची पावडर) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp (हल्दी पावडर) Water - 1 &1/2 cups (पानी) Salt - as per taste (नमक) Chopped coriander leaves (धनीया पत्ता) For Bhakri: Water - 3/4 cup (पानी) Salt - as per taste (नमक) Rice flour - 2 cupes + for rolling (चावल का आटा) Please Like, Share, Comment and Subscribe to our channel.
