Ingredients :
Bottle gourd 1 cup
Sugar 100gms
Milk 1 cup
Sweetless Kova 3 spoon
Ghee 5 spoon
Dry fruits
Method
Peel and grate bottle guard. In a kadai add grated bottle guard for 2 mins then add milk, cover and cook for another 5 mins. Add sugar and cook till it absorb, mix 3 spoon Kova & saute for 2 mins add ghee and saute 2 mins it comes together and non sticky add dry fruit pieces at the end & switch off flame. Finally, ready for serve
