DP/30: The Act, Joey King

She is a 14-year veteran of on-screen acting. Her first starring role was as Ramona in Ramona and Beezus, at the age of 10. She was celebrated for playing the China Girl in Oz the Great and Powerful. She was Channing Tatum's kid in White House Down, Colin Hanks' kid in the first season of Fargo, and having a kid on this season of Life in Pieces. But she is shocking the world with her turn as the real-life victim of Munchausen-by-Proxy and maybe-murderer, Gypsy Rose Blanchard on Hulu's The Act. She took some time to chat with David Poland about The Act and her long career as she heads to her 20th birthday this summer.
