Rest in Peace DMX - This is small tribute I never thought I'd ever have to put together. Earl Simmons (DMX) hits differently. Hearing of his passing really took me back to my childhood and how his art gave words to many of my experiences and feelings. He is a big part of why I write the way I do today, and though the world has lost a legend, I take comfort in knowing that he is free. This prayer is how I will remember him. Legends never die.
