This one is International only and he is definitely the hardest boss in the game. The reason for this is that when Aqua fills up her commands bar using mines, it brings her into her Spellweaver command style instead . Also be aware that if you fill the commands meter with Thunder Surge and get the Thunderbolt command style, that's fine, but if you continue to fill the meter you will end up with the Ghost Drive style which has a horrible dodge feature. So, if you're afraid of accidentally switching into Ghost Drive, I would recommend using Fire Surge instead, which will put you in the less harmful Bladecharge style. Since Aqua's Cartwheel works just like Ventus's Dodge Roll, you can pretty much spam it throughout the fight without consequence. There are a few patterns you should watch out for though: - He likes to use 2 'lasso' attacks (the one where he jumps in the air and throws his weapon at you) in a row. If you avoid one lasso attack, do not try to attack him until you are completely sure he's not going to try it a second time. - He also likes to cast 'Doom' (the attack with white lines that starts a counter) two, three or even four times in a row. Wait for him to do something else before you attack, because if you get caught in that attack more than twice you're likely to die; the timer gets faster every time he does it. - His Fire Charge attack lasts for 6 charges. It's usually safe to Surge during his 6th pass because his fire goes away. - Do not attack him immediately after he tries a long melee combo. He's very likely to go right into another one and catch you with it. - DO NOT attack him during the orb laser attack. If you do, he will resume attacking while the orbs are out. - The Mysterious Figure is attackable while he is invisible. If you aren't willing to take a chance, just keep dodging and you'll be fine. - MF casts multiple attacks after he starts turning invisible. Be very cautious or you will get hit by something. - His X-Blade attack is always the safest attack to heal after and also the safest attack to Surge him during. Overall this fight is just about surviving and attacking at the right times. Once you get the hang of it, it isn't so bad. Good Luck. Played on my God of War edition PSP 2000.
