In today's episode Rohan and Prithvi will take you on a laphing trail across the narrow and winding streets of Majnu Ka Tila Or Delhi’s ‘Little Tibet’. With a colourful facade and a warm and serene vibe coming from the Tibetan prayer bells, this place is a popular food destination in Delhi. Among the plethora of dishes, the two most ubiquitous dishes over here are momo and laphing. And today they will be binging on the latter. Laphing is flat jelly like noodles that are stuffed with soya keema or mince meat, chilli sauce, garlic paste, chilli paste and pepper and folded into rolls. The chillies, garlic and pepper makes it a spicy and addictive dish. But the most notable thing about laphing is it's slippery texture that is a fun experience for the palette. Rohan and Prithvi tried the dry version of this dish at three places. Watch till the end to discover at which place did they enjoy it the most. Location: Aruna Nagar, Near Majnu Ka Tilla Gurudwara. Timings: La Phing is available at these stalls at shop from 11: 00 AM - 08:00 PM #Laphing #majnukatilla #bestoflaphing #tibetancuisine For more videos of Delhi Street Exploration YouTube channel- /channel/UCo494IFycE_fHQ98g26bKnw Instagram- https://www.instagram.com/dfwexplore/ Facebook https://www.facebook.com/dfwfoodofficial Host: Rohan https://instagram.com/rohanvinayak?igshid=pe9tsz9puwqp & Prithviraj https://instagram.com/prithviraj39?igshid=9a2g27ypmvhw Filmed & Designed by Shivam: https://instagram.com/delhiite_shivamkr?igshid=8tromrlcedi9
