But in all actuality, you are growing and you choose to better yourself and go further than remain comfortable and stagnate. On your journey to success some of your closest friends will undermine you because they are uncomfortable with their own success and have not yet learned how to face the fact that you are more focused and successful.  The reason why people want to see you fail is because they don't want to see you in a much better position than them and these people are usually jealous. They love you deep down but they hate you at the same time because they are unhappy with their own level of success.  Pay this no mind, and use this hate and envy as fuel and motivation to become more and more successful on your journey.
