Hi! In this video I show you the squat sets I've been doing in the past 6 weeks.
I've been doing squats for over a year now, struggling at a 95Kg RM and now moving 150+ for reps like a charm. The progression has been real.
I'm not very happy with the technique of the last week, as the weight was so much off center of mass and I tend to go forward. That's something I need to fix for the future squat sessions.
