Exact ingredients below... SISIG is a Kapampangan dish here in the Philippines. Sisig means "to snack on something sour". This is a version of sisig which consists of pork intestine, mixed with chicken liver, onions, chilis, mayonnaise and seasoned with kalamansi. It is served as a dish or pulutan with a glass of beer. This is the best & tipid pulutan for your barkada. Try it and would love to know your thoughts. Eat & drink moderately. Enjoy! Ingredients: to boil intestine: 2 cups water 3 stalks of lemongrass 3 thumb-sized ginger 1 tbsp coarse salt 1 tsp peppercorn 2 kg pork intestine 1 big-sized yellow onion 1 big-sized red onion 4-5 pcs green chili 2-3 pcs red chili 2 pcs chicken liver (fried) 1 & 1/2 tsp iodized salt 6 - 7 pcs calamansi 3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp butter Enjoy watching & happy cooking!
