Multigrain Hakka Noodles by Golden Pinch of Kitchen
This is very easy and healthy at the same time. It takes max 10 mins to prepare.
Very delicious, a good one to have at dinner. Loaded with Veggies, this Hakka Noodles loved by all.
Ingredients used:
Multigrain Hakka Noodles (any noodles) - 150 gm
Salt-1 & 1/2 tsp
Tomato -2
Dry Red Chilli - 4-5
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tsp
Spring Onion (whites) - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1/4 cup
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/4 cup
Soya Sauce - 1/tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Hot & Sweet Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Few Spring Onion for garnish
