📍Tampa, FL --- Pohnpei, FSM I visited my school's campus twice this summer! Both times I experienced the driving/traveling alone portion of it as a young, Pohnpeian girl, coming from an island with no possibility of long distance traveling by car, instead, traveling from island to island by boat. I ran into small encounters, like traveling with small amounts of cash, which was a bad idea, I do not recommend it for safety purposes (but my friends were here to help if I needed any). I also experienced what summer was like for the first time near my college campus. Overall, I love to do new things and I would love to take on more road-trips like these.
