Ingredients
Basmati rice:1 glass
Jeera:1 tsp
Green Chilli-1
Clove:2
Elaichi:2
Biriyani leaf:1
Lemon juice: Half of one.
Coriander leaves
Oil:1 tbs
Salt: as per need
Method of preparation
Soak rice for 15 minutes. Take a pan, pour oil,when it is hot, add jeera. Add the masalas. Then green chilli. Then add the soaked rice, then water. Add required amount of salt, and water. When it is boiling, reduce the heat, and boil the rice, till you want it to be boiled. Then add coriander leaves and take it off the stove. Jeera rice ready!!
