Ingredients of Egg (Dim) Kasha:
1. Boiled Egg
2. Onion Kuchi
3. Tomato
4. Corriender (Dhone) dust.
5. Cumin (Jire) dust
6. Rice Bran oil
7. Ginger Garlic paste
8. Termaric Powder
9. Kashmiri Mirchi
10. Salt
11. Sugar
12. Green chilli
Methods of How to Prepare Egg (Dim) Kasha recipe:
1. Heat the pan and add the Rice Bran oil.
2. Fry Boiled Egg.
3. Fry Onion .
4. Add Tomato.
5. Add Ginger & Garlic Paste .
6. Add Corriender dust.
7. Add Cumin dust.
8. Add Termaric Powder
9. Add Kashmiri Mirchi (Red Chilli Powder)
10. Add Salt
11. Add Sugar
12. Add The Water slowly
13. Boile the Mixture Add Corriender Leaves.
14. Add Fried Egg into the Gravy
15. Wait For Dry The Water.
16. Add Green Chilli.
17.Serve It With Steamed Rice or Roti.
