@teuchterloon91307 years ago Haha! Your reaction made me laugh so much: this is one of my all-time favourite babymetal songs. It' s so simple, catchy and as you say, all over id="hidden2" the place. And how can anyone not love a heavy metal song where the lyrics are " before 7 comes 6. Before 6 comes 5. Before 5 comes wo 4! " yui & moa are genius songwriters. Nobody else could get away with it. ...Expand 4

@rickwagner-7 years ago It' s(4) as opposed to yo-yo, etc.
the song is about the number four. In one of the japanese numbering systems, 4 is sounds like the word for death and it is considered unlucky.
in the other numbering system, 4 isthis song talks about positive things that sound like the words for 4.

yui and moa made up this song during the singapore 2013 tour, and repeated it over and over again to the point that staff complained about it.
su suggested the theme of " 4" as a challenge to yui and moa after they successfully made up songs on the themes ofand(thanks to youtube commenter 4 for this info and links.

@masanoriwakabayashi65867 years ago The choriography, shishi as they are putting their index fingeis to their lips, the number 4, in japanese, its vead and said as yon, and shi.
the the song is to try to enjoy literally asalso comes another sound when we say and shi or /death as the sound when we say 4/shi it reminds of death/, just the superstious thing carried over generations in japan. The girls are trying to say hey the number 4 is not bad at all just because the way we say 4/shi is the same as /shi. ...Expand

If id="hidden9" class="buttons"> I may suggest a Babymetal song from the "and now for something COMPLTELY different" category. I would really love to see your reaction and opinion on "From Dusk Till Dawn" from the second album!
Thing is,. there's no official MV for it and most recordings of the live performance at the Hollywood Paladium on june16th 2017 (first ever live performance of the song) are incomplete or have bad sound quality.
    BUT.!
Someone calling him/(her?)self ICanReadRomaji did us all an incredible favor by putting together the best available fancam clips of that evening's performance, overlaying the albumtrack over it and making it available on G-Drive. The outcome is awesome!
